WHAT WE DID Devised a Cult Theme Away Day. W+K employees were whisked away to a surprise location, situated on an island off the coast of Essex. On arrival they were met by a Guru who led them through to a mass yoga session on the beach followed by a series of group challenges in which teams created their own cults. Challenges included Make Your Own Mantra, Cult Initiation Eating Challenge, Design Your Cult Identity & Build your Effigy). A twitter competition was live to see which cult could gain the most amount of followers and be declared as the winning cult. The Winners were rewarded with hampers and led by fire performers where a party was thrown in their honour. Effigies were burned at the bonfire whist guests partied the night away with a salvaged photo set, fancy dress booth, UV make up station and fire dancer performers.
