Planning a pre-Olypmics event

Planning an Olympics event requires even more event production logistics than a usual event. You have to take into consideration many more factors:

- VIP Guestlist - guests will be invited to many more events around this time so your event really needs to stand out!

- Other events - what else is happening in London on that date? Events nearby? Big event productions?

- Venue hire - the days up to and around the Olympics will be booked up months in advance so you need to get in quick to hire the best venues in London

- Proximity to the Olympic village - is this a requirement or is it better for your event or your VIP guests if the event is held in Central London?

- Catering and drinks - a British or London inspired menu is a great way to get in the Olympic spirit at your event

- Styling - a creative way to reference London, Britain, the Olympics without being too literal is important for a VIP event

As organizing a per-Olympic event requires much effort just as normal event but it requires attention as this organizing step is based on test squeal. More important, all theme must be same as original event like venue, refreshment and arrival for guest, VIP lounge etc. Most importantly precautions must be occupied so that if there is any mishap placed it can be controlled before happening on main event.
